Stoicism is the lifeline I needed during an extremely difficult time. I am forever grateful for a therapist that directed me to M.A. and who also put me onto Buddhist techniques and practices for helping me to “house break” my Monkey Mind. I was a philosophy major in undergrad and we only considered some of M.A’s sayings within the context of the major Greek thinkers. In retrospect, that was a mistake especially in a class called Techne v. Tuche in the Sesrch for Eudamonia. On the whole, M.A. is one of the few people that plot a path on how to realize the actual physical embodiment of the theoretical discussions around living well.
